Pay as you go Service
Most letting agents charge a percentage per month for looking after the property and for chasing any rent arrears. But how many times has this been required?
An example would be paying 12.5% fee per month to the letting agent and based on a modest rent of £400 P.C.M would work out £50 per month for any possible mishaps. But what if the property has been rented for 6 months without any problems? This has cost the landlord £300 in lost revenue on the assumption something may have gone wrong.
Our aim is to provide the landlord with a PAY AS YOU GO system which means there is no per month
factoring fee, but an hourly rate as and when required.
We offer the following services:

- We will find you a suitable tenant and do the relevant paper work all on your behalf
- NO MONTHLY FACTORING FEE but a pay as you go hourly rate as and when required
