How it works

Step 1 ( The Basics )

We start with you uploading your details - name, address, email - to get you going.

This creates your own FMB account where you can book viewings, provide feedback & message owners of properties that you are interested in.

Step 2 ( Property details )

Here is where you upload your property details

This is where you tell us about your home. Alot of the information you can get from the home report so be positive - but most importantly be accurate!

FMB is on hand to help and you can call us on 01674 671859 where our staff will be happy to help.

This is where you will upload the following:

  • Your own photographs from your groovy phone or computer
  • A floorplan of your home
  • Your home report (this is a legal requirement and property will not go live without this)

Don't have these....... DON'T PANIC

Step 3 ( OPTIONAL EXTRAS )

Add any extras you like to stand out from the crowd:

This creates your own FMB account where you can book viewings, provide feedback & message owners of properties that you are interested in.

  • Professional photographs
  • Detailed floorplan
  • Video tour of your property
  • For sale Sign Board
  • Aerial videography
  • Hard copy schedules

You can choose one, all or none becuase you are in control. You can always add any extras later.

You're the BOSS, (literally)

Simply review your advert, give it one final look over and upload it to FMB. We will review it and after some final checks (including AML checks) we will list it on the FMB website, Zoopla, Primelocation and facebook.

You are all SET TO GO

You will receive viewing requests, messages, Notes of interest and offers directly to your FMB account. That's not all you can check statistics of how many people have viewed your property, how many homes reports were accessed and any feedback given by prospective buyers, you can also change your sales price as and when required all accessed 24/7 by your own FMB account.

FMB will also be on hand to take over negotiations at the most critical stage of the sale ensuring we do our best to get the best possible price.
